HADA GOLF is one person in Minnesota. This is written plainly because there's no reason for it not to be.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form on this site. That's your email address, and whatever you choose to answer about your handicap, the irons you currently play, what set and finish you'd want, what you'd pay, whether you'd place a deposit, and any comments you write.
Everything except the email address is optional. Leave anything blank and the form still works.
We don't collect your name, address, phone number, or payment details, because we don't need them yet. There are no advertising trackers, no analytics pixels, and no third-party cookies on this site.
Why we collect it
Two reasons, both boring:
- To email you occasionally about how the build is going, and to offer you a set when the first run opens.
- To work out what to actually build and what it should cost. Your answers about price and preference genuinely change design decisions.
Where it goes
Form submissions are stored by Netlify, who host this site, and a copy may be written to a private Google Sheet that only we can see. Emails are sent through Zoho Mail.
We do not sell your data, share it, or give it to anyone for marketing. No one has bought a list from us and no one will.
Publishing results
We may share aggregate findings publicly — for example, "most people said they'd pay between $1,300 and $1,600." We will never publish an individual response, a comment attributed to you, or anything that could identify you, without asking you first.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until it stops being useful — whichever comes first. If this venture doesn't happen, the list gets deleted and you'll get one email telling you so.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you have these rights by law; we'd honour them regardless.
Email aidan@hadagolf.com and say what you want. No form to fill in, no reason required. We'll do it and confirm within a few days.
Unsubscribing
Every email has an unsubscribe link. Or just reply and say stop — that works too, and it goes to a real person.
Changes
If this changes meaningfully, the date at the top changes and anyone on the list gets told.
